Class A – Sponsored Programs
Lake Arbor Foundation (LAFI) sponsored programs have priority use of all owned facilities. A nominal registration fee may be charged.
Class B – Community Groups
Community chartered nonprofit organizations such as civic, homeowner associations or other community-based organization will be allowed usage of the Dean Room and/or the Herman L. Murrell Pavilion for prior approved scheduled community meetings. Community organizations will have priority use of the Dean Room and/or the Herman L. Murrell Pavilion over Class C activities. A nominal user fee may be charged, unless the nonprofit organization currently financially supports the LAFI.
Class C – Rentals
The Dean Room and Herman L. Murrell Pavilion can be rented for private (not general public) social and business events, such as reunions, receptions, weddings, birthday parties, meetings, seminars, and the like. These rentals must be pre-approved and are fee-based and time-limited. The occupancy regulations for the capacity of the leased space must be adhered to.
Repeat renters are eligible for a discount. Nonprofit organizations who lease during the day on Monday through Thursday, 9:00am – 4:00pm may qualify for a discount.
All leases will be issued and approved on a first-come, first-serve basis after Class A and B activities have been approved. Facilities can be leased up to twelve (12) months in advance of the event. A security deposit, a processing fee and a signed Lease Agreement are required to confirm all reservations.
